I had it standing up in the back seat of my van. It was secured with nothing around it, so no damage in that sense.

Thanks for the reply. The only thing connected is the power cord. I unplugged that from the back of the tv as well as the wall, but its still doing the same thing.Leave a comment:

I just moved my Samsung 46" LCD TV from another house and when plugging in and turning it on, the screen is bright white, and powers on and off approximately every 20 seconds. You can barely see the display. Has worked perfectly for the last 2 years!
