None really. TV was left with my parents. I get a power LED for standby mode but nothing else works. figured if it worked then great, but if not, then I'm only really out $15.

I can't see any bad capacitors myself, and I tried replacing the EEPROM already. Pics show post-replacement. No broken connections as far as I can tell.
What steps do I take next?
EDIT: Will take pics of the opposite side of the board later when I have time if necessary. Also I'm in the process of digging out my voltmeter.... -
