I guess I'll throw my 2 cents worth in the mix lol I don't have any degrees but I have a vast knowledge of electronics by hands on experience. My first system was the TRS80 from Radio Shack with a hard drive that consisted of a tape recorder I work on TVs and computers religiously and I love tinkering with things. I hope i can find help with my addiction of fixing stuff here in this forum.Good day to all

Re: LG 50pg20 plasma - sound but no picture. TV tries to start

I have a LG 50PG20 plasma TV and I am having this same issue. I have 2 of these TVs but only one is having this issue. the other has horizontal lines in the screen that I can't live with so I'm trying to fix the one that has a great picture. I took the power supply out of the TV that has the lines and put it in the other good TV and now I am having this 3 blinking blue lights then red light, but the TV that has the lines works perfectly with the same power supply with no issues. I don't get it. What board could be bad...
