Same problem, in my case on the left side. it worked for me. I used tape to cover pin 1 = CKVB3 and pin19 = CKV3. The image stopped blinking and was stable. Some horizontal lines appear but are hardly noticeable.

I use this method for sony and samsung televisions. Try with CKV1 and CKV2, etc. One at a time....
