  • Help with sharp 46d82u

When plugged in the relay clicks on and off a few times then i get the power and opc blink once and then the green power blinks twice by itself. by reading the service manual i believe this is the "Initial communication from the main CPU is not received". I have the service manual but I've never dug this deep into elactronics before (i'm quite savvy and have worked with ac/dc voltage alot.) i have tested the power 12 pin "PH" pin going to the main board and this is the readings i'm getting when trying to power on:

    3- 0
    4- 0

I'm wanting to learn more about smaller electronics so I can repair stuff myself so forgive me in advance if I happen to ask a "stupid" question.
