My bad Z1 is a varistor, so I removed it for the test and replaced fuse. And it worked, checked the voltages and everything seems fine. So, I am happy that the varistor did its job Tomorrow I will buy new one and put it back for the surge protect.

Sorry for refreshing this post after years.

Due to problems in the power grid, media player (pdp-r06fe) got 400v instead of 240v and burned some electronic parts. However, I failed to find more details and don't know what the specification of these components are.

Also, can you give me more suggestions what to replace? As I can see diode Z1 is completely burned. Could be that just a problem? Where can I find what kind of diode is that?
