My board have no 5vdc standby voltage. I measure the four MAIN filter caps which has 163vdc between the two legs of each cap. HELP!!! -

hey guys, i cannot for the life of me locate the power IC to check the supply voltage (vcc) pin out. Also, philips had informed me that there is no schematics available for the model tv. i'll keep probing around cautiously. thanks!Leave a comment:

no stby voltage (5vdc) on any of the pins on the cold side.
pin 1 -12 -16v (no dc voltage here)
pin 2 +12 -16v (no dc voltage here)
pin 5 +5v stby (no dc voltage here)

after cofirming that i do have 160 vdc across the main caps, does this indicate that the main board could possible be bad also?Leave a comment:

i did measure the DCV between the two legs of the MAIN filter caps. there is 163.4VDC on each cap.Leave a comment:

I hoping that someone on the forum will provide me a more detail repair manual, because the service manual i have on hand doesn't provide me with enough information to make a repair on the power supply.
Below is the service manual in reference to what i am reviewing. I hoping to troubleshoot for a fix.
