  • Re: LG TV - Help finding power board schematic

When powered on the TV started flashing with a red light. The screen went ON for a few seconds and then OFF with a flashing red power inidicator.

To be honest I do not know what happened, I removed both PCBs and put them back. Basically that's all I did.

The issue seems to be solved by now but I will continue to monitor and in...

Hi and thanks for your reply. I have uploaded the pictures.

In the mean time I have checked the voltage output from the connector to the main PCB and all looks to be OK so I suspect the problem might not lie on the power unit......

    Hi,

I am not sure if in the mean time you solved the issue? Anyway I am facing the same and trying to debug my PSU during spare time. My board is the same as yours but I could only find the schematic of a similar product. It should be very similar. I haven't check yet the zener that was indicated. If you search the document by ZD503 you will find it. I hope this help. If have any new findings please post....

  • Re: New Members - please post your introductions here

    Hello,

I am new to this forum which I found already super interesting. I was looking information for troubleshooting my TV and I found already some hints here

I am an electronic engineer working for a semiconductor company and I am trying to fix things that get broken at home due to aging. Not so much hands-on experience on debugging PCBs so I would appreciate your guidance.

    Hi,

I am a new user thank you for accepting me as member in this forum. I have the same problem reported 4 years ago in this post.

    TV Model: LG 32ld450-za.bekwLJP
    Power board EAX611242011_15 (LGP32-10LF)

My TV started to be ON OFF intermittently with its power indicator pulsing red. After some time the screen was always OFF although the power indicator still pulsing.

I removed the power board from the panel and probed the connector pins to the...
