I measured i have 2.2k resistor, but how do you know it must be 2.2k? Do you have schematic for this board? Because i measured all similar components and they are 4.7k resistors.Last edited by endruw18; 12-04-2017, 10:24 AM.

Thanks. But it has no markings ,nor the 4 leg, nor the black little resistors what i desoldered from other board, can you help me find the schematic for that board? It's asus x54 or k54hr. Thank you for your time.

i have an amilo li laptop and i accidently shorted an Ic on the mobo ,there's no 3VPCU on NBSWON and i traced the short to pu9 Ic .i circled the shorted pin ,and attached a screenshot from it and also attached the entire datasheet of my mobo.I absolutely sure about this ,but i want to ask ,can I bridge a 3 volt source from elswhere on the motherboard to the Pu9's defective pin, and i have the nbswon working again?( I bridged a defective laptop lcd backlight circuit and it's worked ,that's...

Hello everyone.i have an intel 855pm northbridge and i lifted 3 pad when i removed the chip, they marked as :Hi 8 ,Hi6 and Hi4 (in the diagram it's Hub Interface for cmos/I/O or simply hub interface .Are they vital or they are only testingpoints? And i can leave them ? I 'll very thankful if anyone can help
