Chong, Like these, I just bought this from ebay, plugged it in with about 15v and the thing exploded, feels like it bent my thumb back. Its probably my fault, I looked at the LM7805 and thought it can take the 15v. Didn't look at the 16v rating on the caps....

Yeah your logo looks similar to mine (same font?).
I searched everything I could think of.
I think the logo is CA or CIA. The cap vent is in equal 3rds. Its a new power supply and the caps are okay, but I wanted to know if they are crap, as we've had problems with these power supplies in the past.Leave a comment:
