Hi, maybe the wrong place. But i had a problem with mine LE40B650 TV.
It gave a short circuit in the power line and no fuses were blown in the tv.
I found out by measurement that a FET was the reason it short circuited.
I replaced it (QP8015 on the board) and the TV worked again .
But... i found out later it didn't startup from standby.
Thanks to budm who placed schematics i was able to find the driver was also broken, this was the FAN7530. Now it works fine.
I was afraid it...

Hi i am George2 and the reason i joint this forum is that i found here some schematics for my TV. I don't like to sign up for every forum, but in this case it was helpfull. I repaired my samsung LE40B650, but after that it did not wake up out of standby. So i wanted the schematics. I will try to find the topic and explain what the problem was.
