I don't know if anyone is reading this thread, though, but I still try.

I was watching the TV, when a few distorted vertical lines appeard in the picture, and in next to no time picture was gone and a relay started to click. Ever since it only does that when I power on the set.

My problem is only that much different, that the power relay clicks to and from, about 1 sec each cycle, turning on and off the TV apparently, power LED blinking quick between the clicks like 6-7 flashes (too quick to be able to count exactly)....
