I am new to this forum.

I have tried this fix on my Samsung UA46C7000 , BUT it does not solve the issue.

My panel is a LTF460HQ02 from 2010. It does NOT have tabs on the sides, but all 12 tabs are located at the bottom of the screen. I did not see any picture improvement when touching the tabs, but I did the fix to cool down the chips.
