Re: BUSH LED32134HDCNTD no picture
If it was short, how could you measure the cap?
Ha(d)ve the same problem. The 3rd was short. Used a 10nf 50V cap.
Backlight goes on and then the TV shows strips (brighter and brighter).
Before i changed the short cap, only the backlight works (without strips).
Anyone an idea?

Re: 17IPS19-5 LED TV does not start (Flashing Standby)
The usb drive wont identified. I have tried this one: http://www.vesteldriver.com/TV_MB82_CORE_UPDATE.html
The mainboard has a thermal problem.
If i use a hair dryer, then flashs the usb drive and the backlight.
What must be considered when buying a used mainboard?Re: 17IPS19-5 LED TV does not start ... The mainboard

Re: 17IPS19-5 LED TV does not start (Flashing Standby)
Hi! Thank you for reading and for your answer.
I can´t turn the TV on or off. As soon as I turn on the powerswitch, it starts flashing.

I forgot:
In the state after plugging in the mains switch, pin 17 is supplied with 3.3 V....Last edited by MrSnow; 01-27-2017, 03:34 PM.

Re: 17IPS19-5 LED TV does not start (Flashing Standby)
Pin 15 0V. There is only standby (or no standby), the TV dont responds if i try to switch on or off.
I can only turn on the mains plug. Then he flashes, reacts to no buttons. Switching off is also possible only via the mains plug....Last edited by MrSnow; 01-27-2017, 02:49 PM.

Re: 17IPS19-5 LED TV does not start (Flashing Standby)
I don´t know how I have to check this.
Only if the mainboard is not connected the 24v drops to 0 V.
Backlight driver problem = MP3394?
The LEDs work with a laboratory power supply
I had written. Is this sufficient?
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
Thank you...Last edited by MrSnow; 01-27-2017, 02:43 PM.

Re: 17IPS19-5 LED TV does not start (Flashing Standby)
Circuit only D506
Anode: 24V, Cathode 23,6V
D207, D206: Cathode 24V, Anode -3,0V
D318-320: Cathode 12,2V, Anode -0,5VLast edited by MrSnow; 01-27-2017, 02:33 PM.

Re: 17IPS19-5 LED TV does not start (Flashing Standby)
D318,319,320 I had already soldered. All OK.
The resistors have to solder, too?

What about the LED driver IC (3394)? At the background connection the voltage is missingLast edited by MrSnow; 01-27-2017, 02:17 PM.

Without Mainboard (i had to turn the power supply): 15,2V.
ThanksLast edited by MrSnow; 01-27-2017, 01:45 PM.

Re: 17IPS19-5 LED TV does not start (Flashing Standby)
Hi!
D203: black anode, red cathode = Impermeable (or leaktight (dont know the english word))
D203: black cathode, red anode = 0,562 V
D206,D207: black anode, red cathode = leaktight
D206,D207: black cathode, red anode = 0,389 V
D506: black anode, red cathode = leaktight
D506: black cathode, red anode = 0,423 V
D318,D319,D320: black cathode, red anode = 0,213 V
D318,D319,D320: black anode, red cathode = 0,837 V...Last edited by MrSnow; 01-27-2017, 01:17 PM.
