no, dont have scope and dont know what one is really but,
i do see 2 very small fuses on each of the boards,
i guess you check them with a tester ay? cuz their all white

im not sure how skilled i am but i did take the back off and thats when i decided that changing out a board didnt look that bad,
now i cant tell you which is the zsus or the ysus but im thinking the ysus is the board thats connected to the buffers...
but i may be totally wrong,
im working on getting some pics on here of the opened back,
but my card reader is acting up, so i cant upload the pics
i will follow up with pics when i can,,,
this is how bad i am,, whats a dmm??

can you tell me more about the sweet zsus boards you snagged up?
how hard is it to switch one of those out? i have no training, just desperate.

hi all,'
check out pic of what i have
this happened suddenly while tv was on
the screen you see has no signal to it,
so its only normal static, altho even that is darkened
and it fades into total black at upper right
the question is..
is anyone certain of the fix?
i saw another guy on here with same tv and his screen was still visible all the way across.
the suggestion for him was a y sus board prob
i talked to a guy about mine and he says maybe a z sus board or power sup prob...
