Still nothing .

Alright i have checked again, how ever i am sure that all gives 0 voltages except the 5VSB
something new happened now, maybe the cleaning did something ?
the Green Wire voltage = 2.973 V
when i try to force power on while measuring the green wire voltage it jumps to 0 voltage...Leave a comment:

about the brown i have attached those 2 photos the view some brown.

i have made some Diode testest
D81,D82,D83 = .455
D24 = .345

good morning every one and sorry for the late replay.
i have tested all voltages while shorting the PS_ON
the only working one is the 5VSB ( and it doesn't need to short on PS-ON ) it on all time.
all other voltages doesn't work .

i have : Cougar CMX 700W
Model : CGR B2-700
the power supply stopped working.
i tried to connect the green wire with the black wire to activate the fan but still nothing ! .
how can i troubleshoot such thing ?
