Hey guys, this is my first troubleshooting post here. Glad to be among you here in the forums. Ok, so I just picked up a 1995 RCA Proscan (PS35122) 35" CRT TV and so far it has no signs of life. When the TV is plugged in there is no standby light or power. I tried using the remote and the power button on the TV to no avail. I took the back off the TV and noticed what looked like a broken thermistor and also a broken resistor. Upon further inspection there appeared to be a stain on the PCB from what looks like a leaking capacitor maybe, hard to tell. Since the back of the TV was off I checked...
