Ok so I had a problem with this Power board and t turned to to be cold solder joints.
Using the shop jimmy pic provided earlier in this thread I re-flowed all the joints highlighted and it fixed my clicking problem. I hope this helps someone in a similar situation.

Hi everyone.
From the twin island state of Trinidad & Tobago
I have a dead Samsung TV which i suspect is the power board at fault
which is how I came to be here.
