I recently acquired a Westinghouse SK-19h210s LCD tv. I will admit I found it on the curb waiting to go for the garbage men. I thought it was a computer moniter at first. Brought it home and plugged it in. Nothing happened. Been reading other posts, gotten a lot of info, thanx for that. Not to knowledgable on this yet but always wanting to try it. One post said something about checking the fuse. I think I figured out that but need help with how to test it... I have pulled everything out. I noticed one of the caps has a bulge on it. I plan on recaping everything but want to check that fuse just...
