Hi,
I have car radio Pioneer sph-da160dab. Currently freezing, restarting and as the last stage of dead is white sceer with colored vertical lines. LCD is ok. Latest firmware applied.
Any ideas ? Warranty is not possible due to second hand buy.

Dell Latitude 3500 i5 8th gen. wont turn on after EC change
Dears,
I bought this broken laptop. After turning on BIOS shows some message about problem with keyboard. After that boot normaly only works with delay. Idea was to update bios. During the update it stopped at updating EC round 75%, stopped charging and turn off. From this moment i was not able tu turn it on. When holding power button, orange LED is on, thats only reaction at all.
I replaced MEC 1416 ( because i think thats why there was problem with keyboard and why it did not finish update) but same behavior. NO auto programming EC from bios just nothing. Reaction only...Last edited by Marian.Bella; 04-12-2023, 05:32 AM. -

So, tv is fixed. Problem was in one strip. During first burning of LEDs somehow top coper layer was shorted to bottom cooling plate on 2 places, what makes shortcut and overburn new LEDs. I found those 2 spots, cut top layer, remove shortcut and back light is working again.
PS: PSU BN44-00771A without connected backligth has 270-280V as normal. -

Thanks for quick response. So 280v is ok ? I know it is current source and the volrage drops down. but form 280v to 130v ?
Why i should not to do individual replacement ? I did it many times without any issues. This first time, where i saw so many dead leds. Usually when they are in serie connected are broken 2-5. Here it was 10.

Hello,
i have EU40H5300 with same power supply BN44-00771A. TV came with not back light. I removed LED strips, replaces 10 diodes, placed back. Tried if everything works (of course before i tested all 4 leds with cca 32V (11x3V) ) and BAANG in 3 seconds again maybe 12 LEDs were dead. Again replaced broken one, tested and BAAAANG. Now only 6 LED strip is broken. So i start measuring and from PSU comes nice 272 V!!! Acc. label it should be only 172V and by calc 4 strips by 11 LEDs is 44 by 3V should be round 132V....Last edited by Marian.Bella; 09-21-2022, 12:22 PM.Leave a comment:
