I am having a similar problem with the same board (seems to be common in all LCD monitors) The resistor you listed here is burnt on the board I am fixing and I cannot tell what the color bands were. I believe that a 7.6 MOhm resistor is Violet-Blue-Green. The Violet-Blue-Violet like you listed would be 760MegOhm which is unusually high. Are you sure of the resistor colors? I need to replace this one and I cant find schematics anywhere.......
