I Also stuck on my canon Mg7170. There are 2 MG7170 and all of them were stuck.
The last one, today. I tried to save eeprom data of MG7170 with Service tool v3.4, nothing happened and when I restart the printer and go to service mode the result 'orange light'.
Did I wrong procedure when backup the eeprom?Leave a comment:
