Re: Lg 65UH655O BARS ON THE SCREEN
Just the home screen that was shown in the original picture. That is kinda what lead me to believe it wasn't a panel issue. Thoughts?

Re: e701i-a3 no picture but backlights
So as long as I unplug the tv within 3 seconds it won't fry my tcon or do I basically need to have two tcon's and just plan on one getting fried?

Re: e701i-a3 no picture but backlights
well my new board wont be in until monday or tuesday, but before it zapped the t con i had a picture for about 3 seconds then it was like a cloud moving across the whole screen from left to right and the V was gone, i couldnt get the screen back after that i am assuming because it took out the t conn, but when i put the volt meter on the resistor it gets power through it so im kinda lost i dont know a lot about boards or the components on them

my last board i put in, when i powered it up i saw the v logo and then it faded away from left to right would that mean the left side is bad?

Re: e701i-a3 no picture but backlights
In order to figure out which side is bad I need to have a good t-con board correct? If my board is bad my screen won't change?
