YAY ! My monitor is back up and working again. I got the power board from ebay today and popped it in. No problems. The guy even removed the sound stuff for me and I didnt even ask him too , I just asked if it was possible to remove it.
Totally worth the 45 bucks in my brain.
If anyone else is circuit board challenged :

I am not planning on trying to fix that board. Beyond my abilities. A new one will be here tomorrow. If anyone wants my old board , the one pictured , Ill gladly mail it to you.Leave a comment:

Thanks for the replies. I have a DAC-19M005. I tried desoldering the parts off it. I do not think I did a good job so I ordered the ebay board.

Hey guys , new here but I have the same problem with my Westinghouse LV2046.
I found a guy on ebay that sells replacement boards for the DAC-19M005 :

$45 bucks with free shipping is worth a shot to get my $350 monitor going again !
