I believe so, I use the meter on the trace before and after the stacked led and it lights up. I've done the mod on all connector blocks but I'm a complete noobs when it comes to checking boards. I would assume the power board is working because when I have the screen connected I can see the menu options clearly. I tried another inverter board but still nothing ( the blue board I posted a picture of)Leave a comment:

Hey all, an update, I've repaired all the burnt out led s and now can test each and it will light up, but still when I power on the to the leds won't come on.

I've managed to test all the rest and they work. Also when I test the connector books from the green side strips I get a beep from the meter but it does show a number other than one.
