Should I be hearing 2 relay clicks?
I've reset the unit; no UE22 code.

Upon further research I see that I have 5 V supplying the main board so in fact this may be a bad main board.... -

Readings taken off wire harness leaving power board going to main board. Would this mean power board is bad?...Leave a comment:

Hello!
My father-in-law gave me a Toshiba 42TL515U to fix because there's no picture, no sound, the fan turns on and the green light on the front panel blinks 3 times- pauses- and repeats. I'll be testing for continuity but am I better off saving some time and just replacing boards? I'm thinking power board first... -

Okay: new development. The previous owner or other must have pushed so hard to try and get the HDMI plugged in that both plugs were forced away from the circuit board. The menu and other display things menu settings and such appear on screen, no image problem. When plugged the TV in the two tiny green lights on the tuner board if that's what it's called lit up there was one or two clicks and it shut off. I unplugged it, and plugged it back in again and no worries after that 2 lights on tuner board stayed lit and then I noticed the damage to the HDMI...Leave a comment:

I don't see any bulging of caps.

Purchased this cheap because it had a power on /off issue slash clicking / no power. I've read other posts to similar models of this and will appreciate greatly any help. I have an OHM meter and just haven't used it much on circuit boards. -

Hello my name is Jeff. I purchased a 2007 Philips plasma for cheap because there is a power on / off, clicking, no power issue. I've read other threads on this topic and I humbly ask with great appreciation anybody still on here to take a few minutes of your time. I have a meter to read levels and such but haven't used it much at all on circuit boards. I'm accurate pictures and I'm familiar with this set up behind the screen.
