I have three capacitors put in series, each has 1F 5.5V, connected to a circuit with a resistor 33 ohm and 13V supply. Will the value of ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance) affect the time constant RC? That means R = 33 only or, if each capacitor has 30 ohm ESR, value R would equal
33 + 3 * 30 ?
Is it possible to charge a capacitor to a small voltage of 3mV with just current 5mA in 3 seconds? The capacitor is 0.667F. I want to fully charge back the capacitor every time after it has used 3mV for sending signal via a small radio module.
