Hi I managed to get hold of Packard Bell owners who look to be Acer now to which I got this response
Positive would be that it is not heat bonded. Negative they don't have a replacement. Could I fit an alternative?...Leave a comment:

fixed the bad caps only to boot up to a smashed screen
Has anyone got a Packard Bell Smart TV S320 IBI-MEX ?

Hi. I'm sorry I cannot create my own thread so I have had to post in here which is the nearest to my own issue. I have a Packard Bell Smart TV S320 IBI-MEX. Power board FSP223-4F01 has inflated capacitors. I count 6 bad capacitors. The problem I have is that the tele boots up but I get nothing on screen, no blue screen or anything just dead black.
