just saw your pm to string regarding a mobo without 5v
check vreg 5v if present, check resistance to ground of 5v rail
if resistance is very low, suspect there is shorted in 5v rail. inject 1 volt 1 amp to load removing coil first and feel parts if there are heating. normally the one gets hot is faulty
if no vreg 5v replace regulator
you can do the same with other same issues regardless if what voltage rails. also the same
