Thanks for the prompt answer. I have the exact same symptoms that the initial post of this thread (same model, same dead fuse) and I'd like to perform the same troubleshooting.
Here is the picture. I circle in red the dead fuse and highlight in yellow the 2 parts replaced by landyboy :

My Samsung LN40B630N1F has the same issue, same fuse goes dead each time I replace it. I'd like to fix it as a spare TV, but I am a kind of newbie in electricity, just the basic ...
I have a few question for the moment :
- How to remove safely the board ? i mean I plug it, capacitors are maybe charge and I do not want to do more damages.
