Re: Samsung S27C750P LED Backlit LCD. No image, black bar in screen (blinking on/off)
I received my multi meter over the weekend and took some readings with the help of my roommate. I spent a bit of time on google learning about IC chip numbering and looking at some generic pin outs. I took the readings using Pin 1 as Ground so please correct me if I was wrong in that, I am more than happy to measure it again.
The product numbers for IC401 were a bit difficult to discern but I believe read as follows:
CE1408

Re: New Members - please post your introductions here
Hello friends! I decided to tackle some component level monitor repair on a Samsung monitor only to discover that the PCB for LED monitors is way more complex than my old Viewsonic LCD whose bad capacitors I replaced 5-6 years ago. I have the basic tools (multi-meter arriving via amazon soon) but I am a bit lost. I will post a thread with pictures after doing a search of the appropriate forum.
I hope I can either find enough advice to help me fix it or convince me that LED boards are too irritating to work on.
