But now it started to work :

The only thing i did (after the reprogramming and after the conclusion that with the battery soldered on it wouldn't boot) was one thing (which I think I had already done before), inverting the order of the battery poles connection.

I soldered first the Vcc + and then Ground - , i don't know if it was because of this or not, I've reboot it...

reprogram the BIOS chips did not solved the problem..

But now i see that with CMOS Battery soldered, the board wont wake up, blue led starts for 3-5 seconds than goes off.

If i removed de CMOS battery the board works.. but i need the battery because without it the laptop enters allways in BIOS mode...

Something wrong with the CMOS battery \ RTC circuit.. how can i find the problem?!

I'll try to reprogram the BIOS chips.. but I don't know if it solves anything. I'm waiting for the programmer..

Yes.. i tried with HDD and with NO HDD, and the result is the same.... goes to BIOS and freezes..

I think that something is wrong in the RTC circuit..

My good intentions turned into tragic..

In case anyone has any ideas.. BIOS Freezing..

One friend asked me to see a very slow laptop with strange behavior on windows.

In fact the laptop is old, it was very badly treated and the strange behavior is because the keyboard is broken (random cursor movements in windows).

But it also has a broken DVD Drive, which causes a very slow BOOT at the beginning and for this reason I physically disabled it (I removed the Sata connector that connects to the board)

The notebook must have been dropped a few times, some liquid must have...
