Re: Energy s10.3 subwoofer issues


I have a problem similar to you. I recently bought a Energy S10.3 Subwoofer at a garage sale for $1 (no joke) and shortly figured out why is was $1. Like yours the fuse would continue to blow even with the power board completely disconnected from the other boards. After trying replacing the fuse and trying again the second time the varistor after the rectifier in the circuit blew. It didn't stay on long enough to see if other components were overheating. My best guess at this time is that the rectifier is shorted internally, I have yet to...
