Re: vizio e371vl Won't turn on
I might have found the issue. There is a DC to DC converter that has 5v input and 5v on the enable, but the output is 0.13 volts. The other side of the inductor also only reads 0.11 volts. I measured between that and ground and am reading a near short. Am I on the right track? I will try to hunt down where the short might be.

vizio e371vl Won't turn on
I have a vizio e371vl TV that won't turn on. It doesn't have a logo light go amber or backlight at all.
The power board has 5V standby power. The fuses seem OK on the control board and power board and I can see the 5v on the control board. Is there anything else I can try? The caps seem ok, visually.
I am new to this and am trying to learn. I greatly appreciate any help!

Toshiba 50L4300U - Horizontal lines and interlacing issues?
The Toshiba 50L4300U turns on and seems to work fine except the screen switches back and forth between two states.
The first has a persistent horizontal black line then it switches everything below that line switches between some sort of fuzzy interlacing issue.
