OK ,I tp is a test point, at this point I am getting between 490 and 570 volts?

Tv has been good for last couple years now it`s pulsing on and off again. Chassis number is ctc133B. looked at circuit board /slid it out. resoldered cap connections near relay,no better. Only voltage I see close on diagram is +230v tp 405. but it is not a can type?Leave a comment:

Hello all, new to the site. My workshop TV, Colortrak2000 pulses off and on. Started a while back, mostly when weather is cold. Will come on in a few minutes. Yesterday never stopped pulsing , this morning a good hour till it stayed on. When she pulses you can hear audio and see a small green spot on screen. Wher should I start? Thanks
