on q29 pin 4 about 15.9v pin 1,2 and 3 short to ground only when not power when power have 3.3v
i have same board don't have any short in q29 or bios chip the problem was in lcd flat cutting and found this problems board power with no problem and with dc power supply it takes about 1.5 amp and 19v but hanged no caps lock no data i can't find the problem and only i have with +3valw short with ground

don't under stand how and what psu u mean dc power supply nothing r hot expect chips and cpu
voltage on pl332 3.3v and pl352 5v
have short on q29 on pin 1.2and3 and bios chip pin 3.4.7.8...Leave a comment:

i have toshiba c660

core i 5 with nevida chip
have problem he is power on but no display and with dc power supply seems it work it have 1.49 amp but no caps lock light or display just power
i have problem with his flat cut and no power only
all volts good bios good u22 have 3.3v but u13 have short in pin 3,4,7and8
see aprblem with +3vs and +3valw short try to catch bad lines but nothing all parts good i don't know its vga or pch
can any one help please and if i can do uma enable i don't now how
