I have a Vizio VX37L with a popular problem: Vizio LCD Powers on with backlight, Wont power off, No video [url]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cNFzBJELFoU[/url] ) .

I have followed the troubleshooting steps in this video and attached are pics of the board along with voltage measurements. I didn't see a resolution for this thread.....however, I am hoping someone can help with identifying the problem part (parts).
