No question here, just came to give a great big THANKS to all you guys who help out on this forum!

I found this forum earlier this week when looking for solutions to my problem with my SyncMaster 245BW. A lot of people were having the screen flicker/blank screen problem, but not many people were having the same issue as I was (no power at all, not even the blue LED). Hello all, Google led me here in my search for a way to fix my dead Samsung SyncMaster 245BW. Have found some great info searching through past forum posts, I've ordered my first set of caps from Digikey and will be recapping my monitor's power supply when they arrive. Until then I'll be practicing my woefully outdated soldering skills on some junk boards. Wish me luck!
