Issue:
Red Standby Light is on. When I press the Power Button on the TV or the Remote, the Blue Light comes on, Backlights Come On, Sceptre Splash Screen Displays, Splash Screen goes away, Backlights stay on. Backlights turn off (Blue Light still On), backlights turn on, Sceptre Splash Screen reappears, Splash screen goes away, backlights stay on, backlights go off, and finally the status light goes from blue to red. (this all happens in 25-30 seconds)

Oddly enough, every third push of the power button and the TV will come on and operate normally (if I don't turn the unit...
