I am still stuck with a 9 blink red LED sequence. PANEL CONFIG SOS error. This leads me to believe that it's possible software related?

I've been given the above TV to repair if possible.

Fault behaviour:

Firstly turning on the TV - First two times I got a Picture - the OSD stating no source found - what you would expect to see during normal operation without an aerial attached.

After maybe 60 seconds the picture cuts out, and I am presented with [B]a sequence of 12 blinking lights[/B]

I again turned on the TV. Same result, however I was watching and noticed that a green square...
