I have a bad board, I actually went back and poked around a bit more and found the issue, it was the DIM and ON/Off pin on the power supply, i think when I was going thru the first few times, I wasn't paying attention to the actual wires and in the mist of going back and fourth i noticed i was testing the same pins.
I just dont get why the sound wasn't working its not connected to the Powersupply and everything was getting the correct reading (except for the 2 that are messed up)Leave a comment:

I am having the issue issue with My TV
The TV will turn on the blue led but then will not show any lights on the screen or any sound at all
When I power off the LED blinks red 15 times.
Both of the invertor boards appear to have power, no damage to the power board or the main board
Seen some of the Steps that were suggested with no luck
I have tested the small black fuse that has the 15 on it 24.5v on each side
I have tested the small White fuses that have the 3 on it and 25.5v...Leave a comment:
