    just a short update.
i find the problem, the two small fans is not working, one of capacitor is just exploded.(c237) .so i decided to take the long fan from my another LG 50" tv , and install into big one.
i find the "Proper" place for the "big one" , im just remove the old fans and put the "new" on place.and i make a thermal controller and jobs done ! My tv is back to life ! I will share some pictures today, maybe is helpful for someone.sorry about my poor english.

    Good luck ! :facepal...

hi. i have a same problem when i switched on my tv. i try to heat up the main board , and the problem solved until when i just put my tv to standby. after 1-2 hour , the tv is switched on itself and starting the noises and flickering screen again. im ordered a new mainboar from ebay .im waiting for the panel coming.
so , i think u have a same problem. u have to change the main board. if u inspecting the board , u can see it is already bended....is not really good for the overheated components under the shield. but , it is just my opinion....

good news , now my tv is switching on first time , if i disconnect the av board from the psu.
on the controllboard , i shorted out the self-test pins , and the test working fine.
the picture very bright, and the colors all good.so,is possible the faulty av-board , or still psu issue ? thank you
