Thanks for your replys , further problem is that the silk screen is off line,i would think it would say v or w followed by 320, I will follow up the other points.

Viewsonic vx912 probs.
Hi and good eve gentlemen, have viewsonic vx912 with power board fspo35-1p101. The mains electrolitic (400v.100uf.) was blown out, I have changed this , but before I tried the unit I noticed a device also blown, I cannot identify this device, the front has gone.
this device is on the straight heat sink, if you hold board so you can read the board writing, the device in question is at the bottom.
Sorry i have no picture,but camera has gone walk about, can you please give me the number so i may order new.

Dvr 4 output
Good eve friends, I have an unbranded four camera dvr, with hard drive,
first off the psu burnt out, on further inspection a chip was found blown to pieces, the nearest thing i can find on the net is a firm called kylink, i need to find out what the chip is. U12. I will put photo on line tomorrow.
If any can help with any info I would be very happy,

Thanks to all. Gabriel was right, I did not put the hairband over to the right enough, the heatsink is only just visible, and it def is Q601 NOT ic601, this device is next to L604 and D 601. Sorry for problem/Leave a comment:

With regards to the dark area, i have replaced the two inverters, the two driver devices plus all the caps, so i hope the new q601, a three leg device with heat sink.

I am not too good with uploading files. I hope these are ok, I have no photo editor, so have placed a yellow hairband on one of the photos to indicate the position of Q601.

Benq broken chip
I have a belina monitor with Benq motherboard, Q601 has blown so I cant read it, can anyone help me with device no. The only ident no for the m/board ican find is 070 128.
