Hello...All, Hope someone can help.

Standby "vizio" stays orange. Screen dark. No info with flashlight test.
Purchased used main board that has been "tested". Installed used board.
Now the back light comes on but still no picture. I believe the power board is fine. Now looking at t-con board. The fuse on the t-con has no power with the old main board or recently purchased board. It seems to me that the t-con board needs some kind of power. Power must be furnished from the main board to f1. I guess it's possible both main boards are defective. All...
