Hi guys, am trying to identify the approximate Year of manufacture for the Radio in the subject.
Picked it up cheap of fleabay, sorted a few dry joints, give it a real good clean and am really impressed which it. Just wondering how old it might be please..

Hi All,
Have been searching but can't find any mentions of the issue I'm having, which is odd, or I'm just been n00bish with my searching...
The TV seems to be constantly rebooting, I see a double blink, followed by a single blink. I read on another forum that it's the mainboard, anyone have any ideas please?
How can I test etc..

So just pulled the PSU and did some in-circuit ESR testing, and found that a good number of caps were reading VERY high, 1000uf most were reading over 3000uf...
So a trot down to Maplins (Only place open), and a handful over overpriced cheap shit caps later, will be re-capping this afternoon and see how it goes..Leave a comment:

Sorry if this is a little bit vague and currently no photo, which I will add later, I have a TV as in the description with thin horizontal lines in the top 3-4inches and the lower 2-3 inches, can you give me some ideas on where to start looking for issues please..
