Well, I have already worked soldering, but I think it's easier if I could buy right away in one piece (with metal lip), just put them and turn on I'm afraid to break them, when I change them, as I see it is very thin and prone to cracking. Now I do not know, to order all 4 lamps or to order just that one that is broken, because I see that the only one cause problem. Btw. i checked, both metal lips for lamps are the same, so I guess it does not matter.
Perhaps better to order all 4 tubes or two lips with lamps, that would not let blown...
I see that lamp is broken, that is the reason why i take a picture...
I talk with main service of samsung in my state. They say that there are few display panel models (Hannastar,Chunghwa,Samsung,Innolux,AUO,CMO...) and each apparently has a different lamps. After that, i send informations of my panel and recived the answer that they don't have lamps for my model. (CHUNGHWA CLAA170ES - 01). They also say that normal for this model is changing the whole display if the lamp burns out. I know, they lie because...
After a month of "operative" by the monitor, I came to the conclusion that a pair of lamps all the time created a problem. That's what I concluded as I literally take apart the display and took out both of two pairs of lamps. If this pair of lamps (see picture) disconnect, the second pair of lamps are lit normally, but after two seconds, turn off, regardless of them turned up or down.
I am interested in:
1. Is that normal to the lamp is automatically excluded for protection if it is plugged in only one pair or one of them is not working properly?
I ordered new capacitors and still waiting to arrive. Currently there are jamicon capacitors that I put another a week ago. Today I tested a bit, I first tried to turn on the monitor with the lower light (I exclude upper) and after 3 seconds lamp turned off the immediately (I guess this is some protection as a sign that I need to include both) I also tried it with the same upper and same happened. After that, I'm going to try both again and now works smooth like new. still do not know what was the problem? Is it important? xD I hope that the lamps...
I'll try to find here, I'll probably have to order because it is in Croatia all electronics completely "Made in China" -.-'. again, I doubt that it is up to it. Please note, the monitor had the same symptoms before changing the capacitors even though none of it seemed suspiciously. Thanks for your answers.
when the brightness decreases, surprisingly it works Although little is heard some noise. When i enhance brightness buzz noise becomes louder and louder and then back lights goes off after a few seconds. Even I'm starting to suspect that the sound coming from the transformer and that with him something was wrong .... has anyone any advice what to try to replace?

Hi, I have a problem-have monitor Samsung 740N..I first noticed the buzz from the monitor. After research on the internet have changed the 5 capacitors (marks on the picture) worked 2 hours normally and then the picture disappeared. (power led stay on) When you turn off and restart the monitor, for a few seconds so the images begin to lose contact and then goes out. and so always.when the screen turns off to reduce the buzz. these days, the monitor is turned off so only when it is half lit ... you have any idea what to substitute for the power supply? I have noticed that the heat capacitors and...
