Sorry about not mentioning the problem

Apart from the 13 v being 18v (like many others), i have picture but no light.
I will order the mosfets, and then do the other tests, that you mentioned.

hello,
after reading all Threads 3 times, and working for 2 days on the psu, I am back to square 1.

what i did

replaced the 3 820 caps with new ones
replaced the other elecrolitic caps with new ones
re-solder ALL the joints
Replaced the optocoupler with similar one,
Tested All the Zener diodes, and most of the rezistors
the invertor tranformers measurements are :
1.406ohms and 1.348ohms

Could the problem be located among the following components...
