This set took 20 mins. to come on. Pic was B/W with ghost outlines. When pic
came on it was perfect. Plugged in a DVD RCA connector to the proper input
and heard a bang. Found the Ysustain board 2 amp fuse blown and the 6 amp
fuse in that same board is fine. Now it shuts down in standby mode when
fuse is replaced. No popped caps. No scorched marks. All other fuses OK. Date code is 2004. Has sound. Might not be worth fixing but it did have a perfect pic. when it came on. Seen this before ? Any ideas ? Thanks in advance.

Hi. New here. Had a lot of trouble registering. They wouldn't let me use my user name
but I'm finally here. I'm an old computer and TV guy. I still have a working Osborne.
Been out of practice for many years so getting back into the hobby. Retired last year.
I'm in Canada. I'll send a post about a LG 42" plasma when they let me. Thanks in advance.
