While working on my Apple G5 recently, something suddenly "blew" and immediately shut down. It was a loud pop and then I got a whiff of fried electronics. I suspected the power supply so I removed it from the machine and want to simply test that it power up or not. I'm not sure how to trigger the power on or where the location is on the board that I can jump to power up.

Anyone have an idea where/how I might achieve this? I'm just simply trying to decipher if I have a good or dead power supply to eliminate this from the dead Mac equation. Does anyone have a schematic...
