My lcd screen is cracked and needs to be replaced. I already found a replacement screen. My question to you is do I have to completely disassemble the monitor to replace the lcd screen? Does removal and installation of screen require soldering? Can you refer me to any links or documentation that illustrates the procedure for accomplishing this? I am replacing screen with part number LM240WU4-SLB1. Any help will be immensely helpful. Thanks.

I tried sending you a direct message but was unable to do so so I will post my question to you here. I noticed that you took the lcd screen completely off to get access to the tubes.
